In 2016, Mathew trained in India, under the guidance of Ananta Sylvain Girard, who is a devoted disciple of Kusum Modak (the pioneer of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.) Subsequently, in 2021, he learned the ancient art of Chavutti Thirumal, under the tutelage of his teacher and mentor, Helen Noakes.

Today, Mathew offers these very special and deeply healing treatments, as well as the very popular Shikito Massage, from the Shikito Studio, nestled in the heart of Hoxton Square, London.
